SMARTER THERMAL UNIFORMITY FOR TVAC TESTING
Every zone independently controlled. One uniform thermal environment.
KEY BENEFITS
ENHANCED UNIFORMITY
Tighter temperature control across the entire shroud.
REAL-TIME ADAPTATION
Each zone adapts instantly to disturbances and changes.
IMPROVED TEST FIDELITY
Replicates on-orbit thermal environments with higher confidence.
PROCESS STABILITY
Consistent performance across long-duration TVAC campaigns.
OPTIMIZED EFFICIENCY
Energy is used only where and when needed.
Beyond Conventional Control
A unified real-time control environment designed to manage the full test process — from execution to analysis.
In conventional control approaches, system behaviour is managed through sequential or layered control structures. Dynavac systems implement a unified real-time control environment where all necessary automation to reproduce environmental conditions are managed within a single software platform.
By continuously regulating system parameters and coordinating all subsystems, the control system enables smoother behaviour, improved stability and more precise response to dynamic conditions. This integrated approach extends across the entire test lifecycle — from cycle programming to execution, monitoring and post-processing.
- Unified control of environmental conditions and automatisms
- Real-time monitoring and regulation of all system parameters
- Integrated test execution, recording and reporting environment
- Direct interaction with the test specimen and system components
